Back in 1889 when Michelin brothers created a rubber brand specialized in tires. Few years later, they had the idea of Bibendum character, born from a pile of tires. In 2000, this logo was designated as logo of the century. It is a token for pneumatic brand, as for Guide Michelin, gastronomy and travel guides Michelin brothers launched in early XXth century.
